Users of Sunday-UKads website must be 18 years of age or over.

Definitions

We, Us - means us and affiliate, or network partners who has information published on the website.
You, yours - means you, an advertiser a person who may place an advert or an advertising link on our site.
Advert - means any material placed by the advertiser on our site.
Content - means the pictures, text, information, links, graphics, and other material on the web site.
Services - means the provision of advertising space and any other services provided at any time through our web site. Visitor - means an individual who visits www.sunday-ukads.co.uk site or any other subsidiary sites 


1.1. Use of customer information

Upon registration of the customer's name, address and e-mail in Sunday-UKads mailing list, customers will be added to the mailing list and will receive email messages and/ or newsletters from Sunday-UKAds.

1.2. Contact

Sunday-UKAds does not provide telephone support. Support-related questions will be replied to via e-mail within 24 hours on completion of our online enquiry form. The online enquiry form must also be be used for questions related to sales and payment which will also be replied to as far as possible within 24 hours on weekdays.


1.3. Payment of featured ads

All payments made online by the customer using Maestro/connect, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron or American Express are free of any charges levied by Sunday-UKads.
Payments are done through a secure site of Paypal.
When sending invoices by mail, in case of bank transfers or direct deposit into our account, these will incur a surcharge for covering the costs.
When refunding any payment, Sunday-UKAds reserves the right to debit an amount covering the bank-fees, cost incurred by the featured ad when it has been posted on the website, and administration costs concerning the refund.


1.4. Duration of featured ads

The ads will remain active until it is cancelled by one of the parties involved or when the time of posting has elapsed. The content will be verified manually by a human and would take an average of upto 24 hours for an advert to be published.


1.5 Changes to posted ads

Payments of adverts can not be switched from one advert to another. You can edit the advert but you can not post new material at the cost of an advert already running. Each item should be posted separately with a separate payment wherever applicable.



1.6. Prohibited content

The following content shall not be allowed to be posted on our web site

Contents that contain pornography, abusive, defamatory, obscene or racial words or any material which might implicate that meaning.
Material which is in violation of copy rights regulations.
Content selling or promoting: weapons, ammunitions or any other articles/ materials of mass destruction; drugs or substance of abuse; alcohol or any other intoxicating material; tobacco or other addictive products; and any other unlawful, unethical, immoral, illegal goods or services.

The information collected from you during blogging, registration, subscription to newsletter, and posting featured ads will be used for that purpose only and Sunday-UKAds will not forward any of your information to third parties for other purposes not related to the business of Sunday-UKAds. You will not receive unsolicited email communications from us.
